BPCC Wine Tasting Evening Success

Last night saw the BPCC Wine Tasting Evening event pass off with great success. Over 60 people sampled a series of wines with each wine having an advocate to decribe the wine and its origin with teams of people guessing which description was correct. A most convivial evening was enjoyed by all and the club is grateful to David and Jenny Knowles for organising and hosting the event. Early indications are that about £500 was raised for the Club which is a magnificent effort.

BPCC Strengthen Junior Coaching Staff

BPCC are proud to confirm that three of our members have achieved their Level 2 Coaching Certificates.

Ben Hepworth, James Hodge and Rachel Hildreth, after attending a series of training sessions over a period of several weeks, recently passed their exams and are now fully qualified to host junior training sessions passing on the knowledge they have gained to our ever expanding junior section.

The addition of three further qualified coaches further strengthens our coaching team and demonstrates our committment to fulfil our Clubmark Development Plan and all at the Club are proud of their achievement.

We look forward to continued improved success for our juniors this coming season as a young but very talented series of juniors start to make their way through to playing senior cricket in the years to come.
